Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible as production or shipping may have started.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
If the order has already been shipped, refunds will not be issued until the product is returned in its original condition.
Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping charges will be borne by Plantanova only for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Refundable Items

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded.
